Job Description
The job of a technical support associate is to troubleshoot and log issues reported by end user clients (internal or external) in the form of calls, Chats and email. It's a 24*7 competency and hence the associate will be expected to work based on a rotational routine as per business requirement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree could be required for those looking to gain specific positions,Good organizational skills, good attention to detail, ability to work alone and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills
