Job Description
The role
Your core role will be to use your creativity, discipline and customer understanding to book meetings with potential clients for Syrona Health's Account Executives.
SDRs are one of the most important roles in the entire company as you build the sales funnel and create opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within the HR and Benefits. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Using email, Linkedin, calls, video and more to start conversations and book demos.
- Researching and pre-qualifying prospective customers.
- Engaging with prospects and identifying pains they may have.
- Generating and managing sales pipeline; while staying organised and updating all activity in our CRM
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant sales experience
- Startup experience is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (desirable but not essential)
