To support this mission, Syngenta’s Sales Team is seeking a Vegetables Sales Manager – North Region in Belo Horizonte / Bahia or Vale do São Francisco. This role will lead and develop the Vegetable Seeds sales business within the assigned area by executing market-driven commercial strategies, strengthening customer and industry relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth, profitability, and value creation for farmers and Syngenta.

• Drive sales growth and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred);
• Solid experience in horticulture, agronomy, agribusiness, or commercial sales roles;
• Advanced English Level;
• Experience leading sales teams and executing go-to-market strategies;
• Strong business, financial, marketing, and market analysis skills;
• Knowledge of the vegetable seeds market and customer needs;
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
