Job Description
Purpose:
The role is focused on collecting, analysing and interpreting business and operational data to support decision-making across supply chain and commercial functions; Analysing end-to-end supply chain and business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness; preparing and presenting business cases and financial justifications for investment, process change, and strategic initiatives to senior management; building and maintaining reporting tools, KPI dashboards and performance frameworks aligned to business priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure availability, quality and integrity of data across supply chain and commercial functions in the CUs
- Lead and deliver analytical projects end-to-end – independently and with cross-functional teams
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable management decision-making
- Analyse supply chain, commercial and operational processes; translate findings into actionable improvement recommendations
- Prepare business cases with financial modelling, scenario analysis, risk assessment and implementation roadmap for senior stakeholder review
- Drive collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Demand Planning, Logistics and Customer Service to align data sources, definitions and insights
- Ensure alignment of local analytical outputs with regional and global standards, reporting requirements and digital roadmap
- Support strategic planning cycles with data modeling, forecasting inputs and performance benchmarking
- Drive continuous improvement in analytical tools, methodologies and data governance across the CUs and beyond
Qualifications
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools, Advanced Excel and SQL; Python or R is a plus
- Ability to structure and analyse complex, multi-source datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations
- Financial literacy and hands-on experience with business case methodology and financial modelling
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills – ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with proven stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g. Agile, PMI or equivalent)
- Knowledge of supply chain or commercial processes is a strong advantage
