Job Description

Purpose:

The role is focused on handling CP Supply Planning, Replenishment and Goods Purchasing processes in gSAP; facilitating IBP CP pre-SOP Bulgaria and North Macedonia, including preparation of the process prior the meeting, USF, CSF, Return lines and post meting actions; maintaining and ensuring accurate master data in gSAP, IBP and etc.; supporting artwork and label preparation; ensuring on time and in good quality supply according to the sales plan; proactively reducing inventory levels.

 

The CP Demand Planning Lead Bulgaria and North Macedonia role is part of the CP Supply Chain function.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle material management process (AGI codes creation, changes in MDM)
  • Maintain and ensure accurate master data in gSAP and rest related platforms, like IBP, TS and etc.
  • Prepare process of IBP CP pre-SOP (MDM validation, act sales validation and etc.)
  • Facilitate IBP CP pre-SOP to capture accurately USF, CSF, returns and actions.
  • Deputize Other Demand Planning Leads within the GA
  • Follow up off-meeting actions linked to IBP cycle.
  • Analyze statistical data and maintain stat forecast line to support decision making during the IBP CP pre-SOP.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in developing/maintaining sales lines in IBP
  • Develop, maintain and coordinate CP Supply plan (tactical), replenishment proposals and purchase orders in fully alignment with the IBP sales plans and regional guidance.
  • Reflect properly downside and upsides during the IBP CP pre-SOP and after in all related to tools and files.
  • Follow up of E2E purchase orders with great collaboration with region and customer service
  • Support artwork coordinator with full alignment with local marketing and regulatory,
  • Prepare reports in line with business requirements within the scope of the role.
  • Actively support Customer Service in daily operations.
  • Proactively support redeployments and other initiatives linked to flexibility in supply.

Qualifications

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • Experience of min. 3 years in Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics roles
  • Experience in international logistics and Dangerous Good Transportation, BIO shall be seen as advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to act under tight timelines.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage/resolve conflicts with sales & marketing managers, and other parties
  • Continuously learning and following legislation related to our products, customs, dangerous goods transport
  • Continuous and effective communication and work with Finance, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing
