Job Description
You will help drive engagement, awareness and adoption of our Legal Operations tools, analytic dashboards and future solutions across the global Legal organization.
You will work closely with Legal Operations product owners and Legal colleagues to:
- explain new tools and changes clearly;
- create practical and engaging training and guidance;
- support successful tool rollouts;
- identify where adoption can be improved; and
- help colleagues use technology more effectively in their daily work.
AI is a core requirement for this role. We are looking for someone who already uses AI confidently, proactively explores and experiments with new tools and can independently identify practical ways to improve Legal work. AI capability is a must, not a nice-to-have.
Accountabilities:
Learning & Adoption
- Drive adoption of Legal Operations tools across the global Legal organization
- Build and run learning and engagement plans for new tools and features
- Create onboarding journeys for new users
- Develop and maintain training material, user guides, videos, FAQs and quick reference resources
- Deliver live training sessions, webinars and demonstrations.
- Adapt learning content for different audiences, roles and levels of experience.
- Keep training materials up to date as tools and processes change.
Legal Operations AI Enablement
- Apply AI tools to improve Legal Operations processes.
- Identify and implement AI use cases that increase efficiency in Legal Operations workflows and data analysis.
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing Legal Operations systems and processes.
- Train colleagues on how to use AI tools and workflows in a practical way.
- Monitor developments in AI relevant to Legal Operations platforms and assess their potential impact.
- Promote the sharing of AI-driven improvements and best practices within the Legal Operations community.
Feedback and Improvement
- Monitor training participation, adoption, usage and engagement.
- Collect feedback through surveys, workshops and discussions with users.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning content and the user experience.
- Translate user feedback into clear recommendations for product owners.
- Prepare adoption and learning updates for management.
Project Support
- Coordinate learning, training and communication activities within Legal Operations projects.
- Support the rollout of new tools and enhancements.
- Work with Legal Operations, Legal teams, IT, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Help ensure that new capabilities are introduced across the organization.
Qualifications
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in communications, learning, technology adoption, Legal Operations, change management or related area
- Genuine interest and hands-on AI capabilities. You should already be comfortable exploring and using AI tools independently.
- The ability to identify practical AI use cases and turn them into clear workflows, examples and training.
- Excellent English
- Effective communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning, communications and change enablement initiatives that drive technology adoption across diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting adoption metrics, identify trends and translate insights into recommendations that improve user engagement and business outcomes.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude, happy to explore and adopt new technologies on your own, without waiting for detailed guidance
- The ability to explain complex technology in a clear and easy way.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within Legal Operations or legal team
- Familiarity with technology platforms or tools like Brightflag, Onit, CLM, Articulate, Synthesia, Figma, Canva, analytics platforms etc.)
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience supporting global or international teams
- Experience creating digital learning and communication content (video, e-learning and presentations)
