• Develop business in specific customers such as corporate and local seed producers, government projects, 3rd Party, Cocoa/Coffee processors and Agricultural/Food chain companies.
• Manage relationships with special stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their business and business needs to co-develop customized value offers that build a successful and sustainable business partnership.
• Work with the internal stakeholders in country and region especially for the seed care business to implement the agreed customer strategy, monitor effectiveness and adjust as requested.

• Background education of Agriculture or Economic.
• Fluent in English.
• A minimum of 2 - 5 years' proven experience in sales / marketing / technical agronomy.
• Customer management skills, understanding of customer needs.
• Persuasive leader with ability to take quick decision.
• Deep understanding of the B2B customers and business; ability to map them into different segments and prioritize.
