- Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, adoptable, and aligned with Syngenta and SPS ways of working.
- Drive the demand life cycle and functional design of agreed commercial systems and automation solutions, partnering with CDT (Commercial Digital Technology) engineering hubs for core delivery.
- Support CRM and commercial systems enablement, including business rules, process flows, data needs, and user-facing workflow requirements.

- Configure or prototype low-code/no-code solutions for process validation using tools such as Salesforce, n8n, OutSystems, or similar enterprise approved platforms ensuring any production deployment adheres to global platform governance and architectural standards set out by the CDT.
- Work with delivery teams, architects, data partners, and engineering resources to turn process needs into effective system changes.
- Assess data dependencies, integration needs, and reporting implications when shaping process and automation solutions.
- Explore opportunities to apply generative AI, assisted workflows, and agents to improve productivity and process execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and AI architecture guidelines.
Qualifications and required experience:
Experience in business systems, CRM, process automation, product ownership, business analysis or digital implementation.

Experience working with delivery teams using backlogs, user stories, testing, releases and tools such as Jira.
Interest or experience in using generative AI, assisted workflows or automation to improve process execution.
