Job Description

As a Process Technology Intern, you will support an ongoing process development project by performing laboratory and/or production-related tasks, generating high-quality data, and contributing to continuous improvement-under the guidance of experienced chemists and process engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the Process Technology team and with cross-functional partners to achieve project objectives
  • Perform tests, experiments, and analyses according to provided instructions and protocols (with supervision)
  • Ensure full compliance with HSEQ rules and quality assurance procedures
  • Identify potential improvements or changes and propose ideas for development activities; discuss with line management
  • Draft clear technical reports and enter results into relevant data systems
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent (or currently completing and available for an internship)
  • Interest in process engineering / process chemistry and applied R&D environments

Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

  • Strong learning agility and curiosity in technical topics
  • Good organizational skills and ability to plan daily lab work
  • Comfortable with routine interpretation of results and proposing solutions to simple technical issues
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Laboratory skills: Proficient
  • Daily planning of laboratory work: Proficient
  • Process engineering / process chemistry: Basic
  • Interpretation of results & problem-solving (simple problems): Proficient
  • Working and communicating with others: Proficient
