Job Description

Support to deliver optimal and sustainable value across the company’s business segments. It includes brand building, product life cycle management, strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, sustainability initiatives, government affairs and corporate affairs and ensure license to operate, provide commercial demo and learning for the grower through management of Learning and Development Centre across Indonesia, responsible to deliver topline dan bottom line to reach long term goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in the following areas: Agriculture Science/ Biology/ Agronomy, Business/ Management/ Marketing/ Economics.
  • Minimum 15+ years in marketing and/ or sales experience with minimum 5 years' experience in senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of both conventional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong brand marketing management knowledge.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance matrix.
  • Experience and knowledge of overall crop protection market, deep understanding on Indonesia crop protection market.
  • Good knowledge on competition landscape, pest and disease market segment and value.
  • In depth knowledge on sustainability practices and corporate governance.
  • Good knowledge on how to create differentiation to products and offers, analyze data to make conclusion and decision.
