Job Description

 

Process Optimization & Improvement

  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through systematic process analysis
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain standardized operational procedures ensuring consistency and compliance

Commercial Operations

  • Orchestrate commercial activities and strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Manage end-to-end commercial projects from conception to execution
  • support the complete budget week cycle, from initial preparation through price list publication

Data Analytics & Performance Management

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports for operational tracking
  • Leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities

 

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Manage cross-functional operational projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards
  • Coordinate with diverse teams to drive successful project implementation
  • Provide transparent project status updates and reporting to key stakeholders

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure operational alignment and seamless communication
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Commercial Operation:

• Manage commercial terms approval process in line with the related policies and Delegation of Authority.

• Ensure accurate Customer Master Data and Commercial Terms are set up in SAP following the approval process.

• Prepare/update documentation to reflect the commercial conditions maintained in SAP. Maintain and set up rebate agreement to ensure automated accrual posting.

• Review of exceptions to the commercial terms, in-season pricing modification and special offers

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in handling HSE related tasks is highly desired.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
