Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Student Assistant to join our Copenhagen office on a part-time basis (15-20 hrs/week). Following the successful tenure of our current student, we are ready to welcome a new team member who wants to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, international environment.
You will work closely with our Administrative Coordinator and support the Nordic Sales and Supply teams in their day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - ideal for a student who wants to learn by doing.
What You Will Be Doing
Procurement Support
- Assist with purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice handling
- Support the procurement process from requisition to completion
- Help monitor procurement activities and flag issues where needed
General Administration
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and day-to-day office tasks
- Maintain office supplies and manage orders
- Support with lunch/breakfast arrangements and office coordination (keys, freight, P-licenses, alarm system)
- Assist with IT office purchases and facility coordination
Sales & Marketing Support
- Update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and leaflets on Syngenta Nordic websites
- Support the sales team by entering and maintaining events, prices, and bonus information in SAP
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Discreet, reliable, and service-minded
- A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Additional Information
The role is based in our commercial office in Copenhagen. Please kindly note this is an office-based role.
