To support this mission, Syngenta’s HR Operations team is seeking a HR Operations Latam Analyst (fixed term contract for 6 months) in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Accountabilities
- Respond to and resolve customer cases seeking quality by following standard processes and tools.
- Manage work quality through self-auditing for accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work.
- Seek satisfactory conclusion of cases for customers.
- Participate in problem-solving procedures and follow escalation processes.
- Participate in payroll projects reaching deadlines and ensuring quality.
- Comply with Syngenta's standards, procedures, and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Support to update and maintain various systems/tools according to standard process documentation.
- Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in the requested format.
- Perform assigned tasks to back up different roles as necessary, such as payroll or administration scopes.
Qualifications
Required
- Professionals graduated in Business, Administration, Labor Relations or Accountant.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in HR positions, with knowledge of personnel administration.
- Fluent level of Spanish and English.
- Results and execution-oriented.
- Adaptability to change.
- Demonstrated ability to meet project milestones with high impacts.
- Highly collaborative teamwork style.
- Technical expertise in payroll.
- Change management capabilities.
- Resilient and confident in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
