Job Description
Join a collaborative, global Talent Acquisition team — including TA Partners and TA Operations — and gain hands-on experience across recruitment and operations, with a focus on the European region.
Accountabilities
- Reviewing and screening job applications
- Keeping contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensuring candidates have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment steps you perform
- Being involved in employer branding projects and university relations (in Hungary)
- Preparing recruitment-related presentations and reports
- Supporting the team with general organizational and administrative tasks
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge and at least upper-intermediate level proficiency in either French or German (written and spoken)
- 25-30 hours per week availability and active full-time student status
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is an advantage, but not required
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer-centric mindset
