Job Description

We're seeking a Contract Lifecycle Operations Specialist to manage our ONIT CLM platform operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with contract management to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

System Operations

• Manage daily ONIT CLM platform operations • Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions • Execute system enhancements and integrations • Conduct regression testing and validation

Contract Administration

• Maintain contract records and ensure data accuracy • Monitor contract performance and milestones • Manage amendments, renewals, and terminations • Support stakeholder queries on contract matters

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement operational efficiencies • Ensure compliance with company policies • Lead integration initiatives with other systems • Maintain documentation and user guides

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Legal teams • Provide user training and support • Generate performance reports and analytics • Present insights to leadership

Success Metrics:

  • System uptime and performance
  • Contract compliance rates
  • User satisfaction scores
  • Process improvement implementations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in contract management
  • 3-5 years of professional contract management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing CLM tools in multi-country environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address complex operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management
  • CCCM or IACCM certification
  • Experience integrating CLM platforms with ERP systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
