What are we looking for?

 

  • Candidates with Economics or Law degree

  • At least 3 years experience in HR administrative roles

  • Good knowledge of HR management systems

  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (ability to read the CCNL) and of the flows related to the management of the employment relationship

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • You will guarantee an accurate updating of employees' database, supporting the employment cycle management and assuring information to the employees. Internship formalities management are included

  • You will maintain the organizational roles in the HR System, assuring permanent check of consistency and suggesting improvement from a technical point of view

  • You will connect with Subsidiaries and IT external partners, acting as referent for HR IS

  • You will guarantee an accurate filing and reporting, as required
