To support this mission, Syngenta’s Supply Chain Management team is seeking a Master data analyst (fixed term contract for 12 months) in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Accountabilities
- Guarantee Service level agreement (SLA) for code creation & other MD processes: Identify delays or recurring issues and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Support code governance processes: manage workflows for CPM & NCP. Ensure smooth execution of approvals, validations, and data entry steps across systems.
- Apply and maintain established master data rules and guidelines across company systems.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders across regions.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain adherence to global standards.
- Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions and geographies (focus LATAM).
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other related fields.
- Previous experience in data management, data analysis, or related field.
- Excellence in Excel, data analysis tools (Power BI; Qliksense) and ability to work with performance indicators.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
