· Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions for agricultural applications using Python.

· Build and optimize database-driven applications, ensuring efficient data management, retrieval, and performance.

· Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.

· Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, demonstrating initiative and a problem-solving mindset.

· Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality, scalable code that meets business needs.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of software development experience, with Python as the primary programming language.

· Proven experience (3+ years) working with databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing performance.

· Strong technical foundation in Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and database integration.

· Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS, for scalable and distributed systems.

· Familiarity with Java, cloud-native solutions, or distributed systems is a plus.

· Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, showing self-motivation and a proactive approach.

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a diverse, global team.

· Passion for continuous learning and applying emerging technologies to address real-world agricultural challenges.
