Job Description
Purpose:
The Graphic Designer - Employer Branding Specialist will create engaging visual content to
support our employer branding across digital channels, helping showcase Syngenta as an employer of
choice.
This position reports to the Head of Communications Service Center
Key Responsibilities:
· Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content for talent acquisition
· Create recruitment marketing materials and campaign visuals
· Support photo and video content creation
· Assist with basic design projects from concept to completion
· Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to execute brand guidelines
· Manage various design execution projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight timelines
· Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and maintain brand consistency across
design projects
Complexity:
· Ability to handle high volumes of activity
· Ability to work with team remotely, across several countries
· Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decision
Skills (Preferred):
· Basic video editing experience
· Understanding of design for marketing/recruitment
· Experience with content creation tools
· Knowledge of social media platforms
· Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
· Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
· Understanding of digital design concepts for social media and web
· Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
· Fluent English is a must. Other European languages are valuable, with the ability to communicate
effectively with diverse stakeholders
