Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities:
- Agro industry experience
- Experienced in Sales management, Customer Relation Management
- Large Customer management skills, Team player, communication skills, customer handling skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Customer service attitude
- Strategic mindset to develop channel growth plan
- Team working and People Management Skills
- Knowledge of local language /Products/Markets
- Sets ambitious strategic goals

- Collaborates across boundaries
- 5+ years of experience in Field crops
Education:
- Agri Graduate/Post Graduate,
- Agri or general MBA preferred
