Job Description

Join Syngenta and shape the future of HR operations through innovative process excellence and transformation. The Operational Excellence Lead will drive the design and execution of our operational excellence strategy, leveraging design thinking, Lean Six Sigma, and agile methodologies to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and build organizational capability across HR Services globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute global operational excellence strategy aligned with HR transformation goals
  • Lead process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and design thinking principles
  • Develop and deploy learning journeys and certification programs to build internal capabilities
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess operational excellence impact
  • Partner with HR leaders to identify and deliver improvement opportunities
  • Drive change management efforts to embed new ways of working
  • Champion innovation and experimentation in service delivery
  • Lead communities of practice to democratize operational excellence knowledge
  • Ensure governance of improvement initiatives and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in HR operations, transformation, or process excellence
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and  5+ years of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology application is a must
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking
  • Proven track record in leading global improvement initiatives
  • Experience in complex multinational environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and systems orientation
  • Expertise in process design and performance measurement
  • Outstanding facilitation and coaching abilities
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and influence skills
