To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance Team Seeds Business is seeking a Global Seeds E2E FP&A Lead in Montevideo.

Accountabilities

• Owning/managing budgeting processes and performance reporting for “Region Other” for Global Syngenta Seeds including Budget, 5 years, Business Performance Review (BPR), and Los.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support the overall Global Seeds financial planning process for Budget, 5 years, and 15yr activities.
• Act as an ambassador for Global Seeds finance to maintain effective relationships to drive transparent communication with both regional and global teams.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to ensure all business decisions are supported by robust, timely information and are taken with a full understanding of the financial impact and potential risks, as well as possible scenarios.

Required  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• English advance, (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and general Accounting principles.
• + 6-9 years’ experience within Finance/Accounting business partnering role.
• Experience includes business partnering and managing core FP&A responsibilities.
• Comfortable with utilizing Financial IT Systems (SAC, Anaplan, SAP)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication & stakeholders management skills.

Desired 

• Proven experience effectively collaborating with different business functions.
• Proven experience leveraging company’s financial systems to drive efficiency.
• Global experience preferred.
