Job Description
- Interact regularly with distributors related to weekly & monthly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
- Work closely with demand Planning ensure Last plan brings the most accurate results.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, marketing, and P&S, to ensure that the needs of key accounts are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts, and develop proposals accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure that our offerings remain competitive.
- Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends, and present them to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, and report on progress regularly.
- Collaborate with Trade marketing to ensure all activities for distributors are recorded & signed.
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, foreign Trade, or a related field.
- Good English communication & writing
- 3 – 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
