To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance is seeking a Manual PR to PO Procurement Support analyst in Montevideo. This role will be an operational resource to our Procurement Support Team.
Accountabilities
- Purchase order support, internal requisition support, PO closure, changes & correction and validation of mandatory documentation and approvals according to Syngenta’s legal requirements (Desktop Procedures)
- Manage Brazil specific needs, interaction with different stakeholders, Syngenta Requestors in Brazil.
- Vendor Master Data processing.
- Managing reporting related to KPI and SLAs on monthly basis.
- Work closely with Ariba support team on providing a seamless service delivery in Procurement Operations for Syngenta Brazil.
- Providing Cross Functional support within the same operational area when needed with opportunity to grow within Procurement Operations regional support team.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent Portuguese mandatory
- Active learner mindset with vision to develop knowledge through continuous training with the team.
- Intellectual curiosity and professional commitment to excellence
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Attention to detail, sense of urgency, work ethic and teamwork
- Strong customer focus
Desired
- Intermediate English
- Service and Good receipt knowledge
- Knowledge regarding Brazil Tax specifications
- Experience with SAP and Ticket Support Systems (e.g., Jira/Snow)
