• Maintenance of all equipment and systems, including process, warehouse and laboratory equipment, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and Syngenta standards based on plant, compliance and product strategies.
• Demonstrate HSE compliance through rigorous application of procedures and consistent, visible action where maintenance work is being performed, including ensuring the application of Syngenta HSE policy & management system i.e. MoC, PtW, WAH, PRA and country-specific engineering standards.
• Maintain first response support to specified sector, meeting the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and safety targets defined by plant operating and asset strategies.
• Monitor and report maintenance elements of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Execute & deliver maintenance plans and procedures with an emphasis on improving present maintenance operations and activities.
• Act as the first line breakdown support for specified equipment, diagnose failure mechanisms to define repair methods and prevent recurrence.
• Held the breakdown evaluation aiming an accurate communication to line manager and also proposing improvements to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure rigor & discipline in documenting maintenance works, records, procedures etc.
• Any other responsibilities & duties as and when required by the site E&M Manager and Engineers (Mechanical and Maintenance).

• Minimum Senior Technical High School/ Diploma in Engineering discipline i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing operation process and equipment/ machinery
• Knowledge in Corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance system in manufacturing operation 
• Organizational HSE & Q Management System and EMPS exposures & understanding, in particularly of those are applicable to E&M.
• Engineering solutions, troubleshooting, root case analysis.
• Experience in maintenance in mechanical, machinery, electrical etc.
• Knowledge of equipment and facility in manufacturing plant
• Discipline in adherence to organization standards & policy
• Willingness & openness in working with other functional teams or others for problem solving
• Responsive for required supports, issues.
