Job Description
This dynamic role combines compliance support with learning management responsibilities, playing a crucial part in maintaining organizational integrity and fostering continuous education.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Provide daily support for compliance operations, including the implementation of campaigns, policies, and procedures
- Manage and optimize the Compliance and Global Policy Resource Centers
- Proactively identify and propose improvements in compliance processes
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of compliance technologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management System
- Oversee compliance and legal-related training activities, including content management and translations
- Monitor and report on learning activity completion rates
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance and learning initiatives

You will be a great fit if you have:
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience on working on a multi-cultural environment and very diverse audience
- Experience managing a Learning Management System a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
