Job Description
As a CP R&D Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing finance expertise and advice to the businesses, supporting decision-making and driving performance. You will have active participation in the development and implementation of the relevant operational plans to ensure clarity of the financial impact, including support of evaluation of new businesses and models. Through appropriate balance of short, medium, and long-term financial planning and monitoring, you will drive effective and efficient delivery of business goals with sound financial analysis and advice.

- Act as a trusted finance business partner, supporting the business and stakeholders within the scope on recurring and ad hoc finance topics
- Key finance contact for a number of Europe CP R&D Functions for both Regulatory and internal-external Trialing areas
- Support the drive for productivity gains across the organization through process and reporting improvement/alignment
- Drive the delivery of budgets and forecasts of your business stakeholders
- Challenge the resource allocation and income generation pro-actively raising issues and driving resolution
- Provide management with sound risk-based analysis on potential impacts, implications and propose potential ways to mitigate risks on key economic and business challenges
- Drive productivity and simplification in finance and related business processes in the relevant functional scope
Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of previous experience in Finance and Controlling is a must
- Previous management experience preferred
- Business facing experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Understanding of IFRS accounting, budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Excel & SAP knowledge are a must, business intelligence systems an advantage
- Advanced financial and accounting acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus
