Syngenta, an agricultural innovation leader, is seeking a Quality Management Platforms Manager to oversee our Quality Management and Phytosanitary Compliance software systems. This role is crucial for ensuring an optimal software environment for our global Quality Management function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage Quality Management Platforms and Laboratory Information Management system
• Develop and maintain and improve global phytosanitary database
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and support
• Integrate business knowledge into various platforms (e.g., SAP)
• Generate reports and drive business process improvements
• Ensure data security and manage user access

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Proficiency in an additional widely-spoken language is a plus
• Broad understanding of the vegetable seeds business
• Ability to work in a diverse, matrix organization
• Knowledge of import/export regulations
• Experience in Quality Management Systems and LIMS preferrable

The preferred location for the position is Enkhuizen, NL, but we could consider candidates in the US, in Boise, ID and Pasco, WA.
