Job Description

Summary:

The digital marketing associate will be part of the regional Asia Pacific & Middle East Africa (AMEA) team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the AMEA Digital Marketing Lead in planning, tracking and executing phygital (physical & digital) marketing campaigns across the region, in key markets across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support key markets in digital campaigns (primary) execution and optimization.
  • Create and maintain project management calendar for key projects.
  • Collaborate with local marketing and digital teams for project management.
  • Analyze campaigns performance and provide data driven insights.
  • Assist in project management of various marketing initiatives.
  • Manage internal comms on digital marketing, campaign and project updates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Knowledge & Skill Set:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in the overall campaign process, from conception to execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

Good To Have:

  • Experience in the agriculture or related industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of overall campaign (online and offline) process.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
  • Creative, detail-oriented mindset.

Job Type:

01 Year Contract.
