Syngenta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tolling Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the seamless management of our third-party manufacturing (tolling) operations, minimizing supply risks, and maintaining compliance with stringent quality, regulatory, and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance of tollers (third-party manufacturers) with Syngenta's Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) requirements, quality standards, regulatory frameworks, contractual obligations, and financial guidelines

Supply Base Management: Maintain a robust tolling supply base that delivers production flexibility, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Continuously evaluate and optimize the supply base to meet evolving business needs

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the single point of contact on a managerial level for all tolling and toller-related matters. Coordinate and consult with various Syngenta functions, fostering effective collaboration and communication

Production Planning: Create and execute the overall Formulation, Filling, and Packaging (FF&P) production plan at tollers. Balance variations in demand and supply, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery

Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate along the supply chain to manage the production plan and ex-works shipments over the current season horizon. Ensure seamless integration with Syngenta's internal operations and external partners

Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in SAP, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective decision-making

Critical Experience

• Five years of professional experience in a manufacturing or a technical role with close manufacturing interface (e.g., F&PE)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a supply chain or planning role

Critical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of formulation, fill & pack technology and processes
• Good grasp of third-party relationship management
• Good knowledge of HSE, Quality, and Regulatory compliance frameworks
• Working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with key interfaces within a Supply Chain
• Experience in production and material planning
• Basic understanding of master data management and data integrity
• Fluent English 
• Fluent Ukrainian
