The Seed Treating and Packaging Technician is responsible for performing routine tasks related to seed treatment and packaging operations with a high degree of autonomy. This role involves applying established methods, systems, and procedures within a defined framework to provide direct production support and guidance to less experienced team members in the seed treatment and packaging process.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in seed treatment and packaging operations.
• Proficient in operating a variety of machinery and equipment used in seed treatment and packaging processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality in seed treatment and packaging operations, conducting regular checks and addressing any quality issues.
• Forklift operation skills 
• High school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is favorable.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards, relevant IT systems, and work routines.
• Assist in annual harvest activities as required, contributing to the efficient and timely completion of tasks.
