1. Leading BW4/HANA Projects: Taking charge of BW4/HANA projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of BW4/HANA, SAP data modeling, and data integration.
3. Team Management: Driving a team 3rd party resources
4. Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. System Optimization: Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve BW4/HANA systems for performance and efficiency.
6. Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, Functional document, Design Document for BW4/HANA solutions and processes. 
7. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as data engineers, business analysts, and IT support, CFIN, Master Data Team, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of BW4/HANA solutions with business needs.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and reliability of BW4/HANA solutions through testing and validation processes.
9. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in BW4/HANA solutions and processes.
10. Project Management: Overseeing project timelines and resource allocation for BW4/HANA initiatives.

• Core BW4 Modelling skills. 

• Basic ABAP skills. 

• Expert in Analysis Office & Eclipse Tool 

• Data Visualisation Tool, Hands on experience on atleast one tool 

• Good Knowledge of Data Warehouse BI Concepts 

• HANA basics (like CDS-Views, Calculated Views creation, and maintenance) 

• Understanding of Finance Business Process & KPI’s 

• Communication skill  

• FICO Knowledge 

• S4  Knowledge
