 What you will be doing?

• Aligns product advancements and product life cycle to supply plans, promotional and product pricing strategy 
• Optimizes portfolio in geography to maximize grower satisfaction, Seed Advisor & GHX Specialist support and profitability 
• Builds and executes pricing plans to achieve market share and profit targets 
• Develops product strategy and tactics to meet sales and financial objectives 
• Collaborates with the Product Marketing team to build supply plans to deliver market share and profit targets 
• In collaboration with Brand Marketing & Digital teams, build a national, regional, and local promotional plan 
• Develop product information (positioning & messaging) to support Agronomy and Sales to introduce new products in the marketplace 

What sets you apart?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Agriculture, Marketing or related field 
• 5-10 years of experience working in agriculture, with 5+ in the seed industry 
• Deep Understanding of Farmer Needs and Farmer Agronomic practices for assigned region 
• Deep Understanding of Farmer Needs and Farmer Agronomic practices for assigned region
• Collaboration, influence, and trust building with diverse set of stakeholders
