What you will be doing?
- Aligns product advancements and product life cycle to supply plans, promotional and product pricing strategy
- Optimizes portfolio in geography to maximize grower satisfaction, Seed Advisor & GHX Specialist support and profitability
- Builds and executes pricing plans to achieve market share and profit targets
- Develops product strategy and tactics to meet sales and financial objectives
- Collaborates with the Product Marketing team to build supply plans to deliver market share and profit targets
- In collaboration with Brand Marketing & Digital teams, build a national, regional, and local promotional plan
- Develop product information (positioning & messaging) to support Agronomy and Sales to introduce new products in the marketplace
Qualifications
What sets you apart?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Agriculture, Marketing or related field
- 5-10 years of experience working in agriculture, with 5+ in the seed industry
- Deep Understanding of Farmer Needs and Farmer Agronomic practices for assigned region
- Deep Understanding of Farmer Needs and Farmer Agronomic practices for assigned region
- Collaboration, influence, and trust building with diverse set of stakeholders
