Leading business analysis efforts to deliver Crop Protection IT Channel Enablement Product Group capabilities through projects and other delivery mechanisms while working closely with Key Users, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Development teams.

Job Duties:

• Developing deep knowledge within the Sales and Distribution (SD) vertical including people, business processes and technologies in use.
• Conducting front end analysis including appropriate project scoping support and effort alignment to   meet stakeholder needs.
• Interviewing Crop Protection IT team members and Business Stakeholders to understand current processes, information landscape, bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborating with Crop Protection IT and their partners to accurately identify and define problems within a given set of capabilities.
• High level and detailed requirements expressed as statements or user stories.
• Provide project level analysis to produce stakeholder requirements documentation inclusive of scope, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, stakeholder maps, UAT plans, and business justification.
• Working with solution architects, data analytics teams, and development teams in generating and evaluating solution options.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive); Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements; Assess business process and system inefficiencies; Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction; Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation.

This will be in a hybrid work setting in our Greensboro, NC location.

Required:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related along with 3 to 6 years experience.  Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience in an analyst role for multiple projects using agile software development methodologies is a must
• Experience working with a diverse range of technologies and platforms, especially with regards to Sales and Distribution (SD), Order to Cash, and eCommerce solutions.  SAP experience preferred
• Experience in identifying, creating, and facilitating process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
• Ability to document existing business processes, optimize, and deliver real business change to accompany software deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse development effort

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP SD module, SFDC, AI are all preferred
