To support that challenge, the GreenLeaf Genetics team is currently seeking a Product & Data Lead in Iowa or remotely based. As a Product & Data Lead, you will provide the Greenleaf team with product information and data that will allow for a complete and accurate representation of the corn and soybean products in our licensed & Syngenta distribution brand portfolios.
You will help shape the future of agriculture by:

• Providing analysis as necessary to support the GreenLeaf leadership team in making business decisions.
• Supporting the GreenLeaf team by preparing data reports and materials for annual product advancement decisions and product presentations.
• Leading in the development of the annual targeted marketing materials, and GreenLeaf corn and soybean product guides.

• Lead activities to identify additional resources to improve data analytics and reporting to meet GreenLeaf objectives
•  Assist the GreenLeaf team in capturing and reporting of customer unexpected damage claims.
• Assure data, systems and processes are aligned to successfully build the product guide and customer product promotion components quickly during a very time-sensitive period
• Build consensus within the GreenLeaf team of the priority data analytics and reporting requirements.
• Be proactive in learning the licensing business.

• B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Statistics or Information Technology or related field preferred. Candidates with relevant comparable experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of the Seed industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data management
• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate and timely preparation of product guides.
• 15% travel assumed, focused on product characterization and/or meeting customers
