You will be part of the Finance team and will support Data & Projects team. Through the values Passion for Customers, How Matters and Determined Execution you will live and experience more of this position. Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounting to Reporting team in the implementation of AICO Technology.
  • Collaborate with all departments involved in the Month End Close process, developing the best usage of the tool.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for all processes involved in the project.
  • Collaborate with Master Data Governance to ensure data quality and output are reliable.
  • Support financial and non-financial America’s regions user in Accountant Master Data Management.
  • Be focal point for guarantee full Accountant Master Data alignment between all Financial SAP and non-SAP systems used in Syngenta.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in relevant processes.
  • Collaborate with all Finance areas to ensure reliable Financial Statements.

  • Graduate or advanced student(Accounting/Economics/Administration/Engineering).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Advance level of English.
  • Data accuracy and service mindset.
  • Analytic skill, dynamic, team working, organized and attentive to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while keeping high quality of output.
