Job Description

In this role, you will have the chance to shape the future of Leadership  across Syngenta Group by managing Leadership & Talent Development projects. You will build strong relationships across the Global structure, beyond cultures, diverse stakeholders, and locations. You will work with partner vendors; liaise with Business Units (BU), Group Functions (GFs), and Regional stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the larger global People and Organizational Development teams.  
Within Syngenta Group, we see technology as a key development enabler; you will review technological possibilities, review learning content, and develop processes & interventions to create a great learner experience and enable learning within the flow of work. In addition, you will lead the measurement and reporting of impact & performance indicators. 

Key Deliverables 

  • Program delivery management for executive and senior leadership programs delivered for Syngenta Group 
  • Management and coordination of vendor partner's content & interventions encompassing enabling technology platforms/solutions, development/learning content, processes & interventions e.g., Open Talent Marketplace; Leadership Academy, Coaching technology/resources. 
  • Develop strong & collaborative working & operational relationships with partner vendors. 
  • Measurement, evaluation, and reporting of leadership interventions’ KPIs including agreed partner vendor metrics, User Experience (Ux) metrics & key stakeholder feedback including BUs, GF & Regions with a view to continual improvement, iteration, and evolution of the leadership and talent development ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources / Social or Business Studies / Organizational Behavior/Organizational Psychology. 
  • Ideally 5++ years’ experience in POD/L&D or Functional Learning. 
  • Prior experience in large-scale & complex project management of learning & development systems, interventions & programs. 
  • Technology-savvy, and experience with digital learning, development, and collaboration platforms. 
  • Experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and business units within a matrix environment. 
  • High-level interpersonal, collaboration & communication skills; approachable & engaging with a continuous improvement mindset 
  • Self-initiative, proactiveness & attention to detail
