• Build a one biological team as a strong foundation of a winning Biological business in India
• Drive accelerated growth of SYT`S Biological business in India, achieve the Biological ambition of $100m by 2028
• Full P&L responsibility for the end-to-end Biologicals business in India
• Translate the current market/opportunity assessment it into a winning Biological 5-10 year strategy in alignment with the Global Biological ambition.
• Drives the Biological market intelligence activities and uses learnings to discover new market opportunities and shape the Biological strategy
• Work closely with Global and Regional Biological leadership teams as well as with the local Crop Protection (CP) leadership ensuring strong strategic and operational alignment.
• Becomes active member of the India leadership team
• Heads the Indian Biological Team in all matters pertaining to the country. Builds a highly performing team and drives an entrepreneurial and agile mindset change within and beyond its direct team.
• Drive the implementation of the Biologicals Operating Model project, help to build required Biological capabilities, optimize the GTM for Biological success in alignment with CP Go To Market
• Explore and implement local 3rd party licensing and surfaces M&A opportunities -in alignment with the global/regional portfolio strategy - to fill short/mid-term portfolio gaps.
• Align closely with the local CP teams (Portfolio, CPD) to ensure winning integrated portfolio offer development containing Biocontrols +Biostimulants + CP.
• Liaise with Value chain team to capture biological opportunities.
