Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver Quality Trials as per requirements. 
  • Extend timely invitation for PAT, involve all stakeholders. 
  • Participation in Pre HPC Meetings, provide Trial data and support for data analysis. 
  • Lead, coordination, planning and active participation to ensure all resource availability for conducting in-house and registration trials. 
  • Coordination with State Agriculture Universities, ICAR institutes and other recognized institutes, with in territory, for conducting registration trials. 
  • Keeping track of competitor’s activities, with in company code of conduct. Keeping stakeholders informed. 
  • To liase with Commercial team locally to prepare protocols as per practices and aligning with Breeding Team to ensure the best of technical positioning and local practices. 
  • Provide crop advisory about best agronomy practices, support on positioning. 
  • Participate aggressively in New Product launches and selective campaigns to ensure smooth transfer of technical knowledge

Transition accountabilities: 

  • Establish sound networking with the commercial and Breeding Team 
  • Planning and execution of the assigned tasks 
  • Put in place the necessary plan to ensure business continuity during the transition. 
  • Ensure discipline and motivation at distributor level. 
  • Work with colleagues within the country and marketing function to develop effective governance and ways of working at the critical interfaces. 
  • Support the development of a change plan taking into account employee engagement, team development and customer connection.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Agronomy area with familiarity with Veg Agronomy.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, structure and business drivers
