The Talent Acquisition recruitment partner is responsible for partnering with business. He/She would be responsible for building a strong relationship with stakeholders, have hands-on experience with social media recruiting, familiarity with sales and other non IT KPIs to have a quick turn around time.

Experience in formulating a hiring strategy, Outstanding communication skills along with excel and presentation skills.

• MBA in HR is preferred
• Demonstrable sales experience and success in a related position.
• Knowledge of human resources databases, hiring strategies
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPIs) for salespeople.
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
