Job Summary:
Synergy Enterprises, Inc., a woman-owned business, is seeking a part-time, as needed Creative Director. The selected candidate will spearhead the creative direction for campaigns leveraging expertise in developing powerful, insight-driven creative platforms to deliver compelling 360-degree campaign content (spanning social, digital, media integrations, and experiential activations), and impactful, integrated communications that resonate with diverse audiences. The Creative Director will transform complex narratives into engaging, effective storytelling that delivers measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Project and Division Directors.
- Spearhead the creative direction for campaigns leveraging expertise in developing powerful, insight-driven creative platforms to deliver compelling 360-degree campaign content (spanning social, digital, media integrations, and experiential activations).
- Integrate communications that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Transform complex narratives into engaging, effective storytelling that delivers measurable results.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years in a senior creative role
- Strong expertise in art direction and visual design
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics and video production tools.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and client objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
