Job Description
To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our team in a ServiceNow Developer, ITSM Consultant, or Architect role. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
- Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
- Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
Your profile and skills:
- You hold a degree in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or possess equivalent qualifications.
- You possess experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles).
- You show strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- You are familiar with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc.
- You possess expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).
- You have proven experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
- You justify solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
- You have experience in working with Agile methodologies.
- You speak English and French fluently.
- You are a Swiss resident.
