• Strong C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+
• REST APIs, Microservices & distributed systems
• Strong Angular and/or React, JavaScript, TypeScript
• SQL Server design, optimization & performance tuning
• MongoDB / NoSQL
• AWS and/or Azure cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins
• SonarQube, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes & DevSecOps
• 24x7 production support and SLA/KPI-driven environments
• Monitoring/observability: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, ELK
• Agile, SAFe, ITIL, change management and release governance
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, mentoring and leadership skills.
