Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

1. Cloud Ship Room Process Assessment

* Assess current ship room workflows across: 

    • M365 public cloud regions

    • Sovereign cloud environments

* Identify fragmentation, duplication, and inconsistencies across teams.

* Evaluate the feasibility and value of consolidating ship room processes.

* Identify best practices that can be transferred between execution models.

2. Public vs. Sovereign Cloud Operating Model Analysis

* Compare architectural and operational differences between: 

    • Public cloud build‑outs

    • Sovereign cloud build‑outs

* Highlight where execution models must diverge vs. where standardization is realistic.

* Provide clarity on process, governance, and operating model differences, not deep technical design.

3. Security & Privacy Engineering Maturity Evaluation

* Assess security and privacy engineering maturity across cloud build initiatives.

* Identify: 

    • Maturity gaps

    • Lack of dedicated security/privacy support

    • Areas where teams are under‑resourced or immature

* Provide recommendations for dedicated support teams and operating model improvements.
