Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies and Avaya or Nortel PBX/voice systems.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including:
  • Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI)
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
  • Cisco Expressway
  • Webex Control Hub
• Experience with SIP trunking, CUBE, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco).
• Understanding of legacy voice protocols (PRI, TDM, H.323) and modern VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP).
• Hands-on experience with voice migration projects including coexistence scenarios.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
