 An SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager who comes from SAP background.

At least one or two SAP Modules (SAP OTC / Procurement / Finance etc..)

hands on experience in the past as a proper SAP functional consultant who understands the complexities of SAP modules and integration between them to understand the business process and capable to talk with business teams. ¿

Conduct daily standup calls and take ownership to drive resolve critical and long standing issues.

SAP knowledge is must here to understand the incidents here.

SAP ABAP knowledge or understanding is preferred. ¿ Minimum 2 3 projects experience in handling SAP AMS projects ¿

Knowledge about SLA¿s, priorities and KPI¿s that are required for running an SAP AMS project. ¿

Knowledge in ServiceNow / ITSM tools to create Dashboards, reports, Visualizations in managing, monitoring and maintaining SLA¿s ¿

Manage and monitor escalations in SAP. ¿

Very good communication and interpersonal skills in managing SAP Team, Customer stakeholders. ¿ Self prepare presentations, metrics and present it to the Customer steering committee on monthly/fortnightly basis.
