Role Description
•    This role will be to support migration of existing Chatbot platform, manage production incidents, working with Cloud in resolving vulnerabilities etc. 
•    Senior Application Developer: Supports the DEV and related tasks for DevOps lifecycle Works with Cloud providers (Azure/AWS/...)
•    Supports App development for Bot applications using a variety of skills (C# + .Net, Microsoft Bot Architecture, Terraform, Rest APIs etc.)
•    Monitors resources, certificates, App configurations etc.
•    Create, track, implement and monitors app changes using ServiceNow
•    Documentation of solution design and other Dev related artifacts
•    Incident/change/record creation, tracking and monitoring
•    Code production, review and implementation Defect monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution.
