• Ensure that the cutover plan is followed and manage any issues or risks that arise.
• Overall ownership of the cutover plan and execution.
• Coordinate and oversee all cutover activities across teams.
• Ensure alignment between technical, functional, and business teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues during the cutover process.
• Communicate cutover status to stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with the cutover timeline and milestones.
