Job Description: Key responsibilities of the Onsite Project Lead.

• Should be working in close collaboration with the customer’s IT and Business team and engineering team in India.
• Should be working with program management team and Quality assurance team for ensuring program objectives are understood and quality is assured.
• Co-ordinate with multiple teams in achieving each PI and Sprint level goal.
• Liaising with team members, management, and Customer’s IT and Business team to ensure that deliverables are produced with quality and on time.
• Identifying risks, communicating with stakeholders and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Establishing strong relationships with customer stakeholders and building trust for a partnership approach.
• Writing meeting minutes accurate from the customer meetings and sharing with meeting participants on time and every time
• Understanding Health and Life claims and associated processes followed in Mexico market
• Working knowledge and experience of executing agile projects and having ability to coach.
• Aware of the application architecture, integration touch points and methods of integration and have ability to interact with IT, Infrastructure and Security teams.
