Job Description

The Administrative & HR Assistant performs receptionist and administrative support duties for stores and corporate office.

Administrative assistant duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support the company through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The administrative job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include assistance in the following categories: Administrative-legal tasks/clerical functions for the Director of HR and Business Admin, Front desk relief during lunch and break times for the Office Manager Work together with the Office Manager to: Answer and direct phone calls, Provide Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, Develop and maintain a filing system and Order office supplies.

Qualifications

Requirements:  Proven admin or assistant experience and paralegal experience preferred, Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational, planning skills and Proficiency in MS Office.
